Is there a minimum order size?

For most projects, there is no strict minimum order size, but certain discounts and pricing options are available for orders of 50+ parts. Contact us for more details about pricing for smaller orders.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the project size, complexity, and current workload. For most small to medium-sized projects, typical lead times are between 1-4 weeks. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate once we review your project details.

Do you offer high-quantity discounts?

Yes, we do! We're happy to work with you on pricing for larger and recurring orders. Reach out to discuss options tailored to your needs.

Do you offer other discounts?

We offer ultra-competitive pricing for certain mild steel projects that meet these criteria:

- Orders of 50+ similar parts
- 1/4-inch or 10-gauge thickness
- Part size of 6" x 6" or smaller

This discount helps us reduce waste by using materials commonly stocked for production, saving us (and you) more in the process.

Do you offer design services?

We don’t create new designs from scratch, but we can help make your artwork laser-ready. Our services include vectorizing, vector path preparation, and CAD document creation for projects.

What is your cancellation policy?

While we try to accommodate cancellations, our ability to do so depends on the production stage of your order. Once a quote is signed or agreed upon, cancellation options may be limited due to manufacturing timelines.

Do you have a service level agreement (SLA)?

We create SLAs on a per-project basis to establish clear expectations for delivery times. Please see our terms and conditions for more details, or feel free to reach out with specific questions.

Do you accept all quote requests?

Due to capacity constraints and existing commitments, we may not be able to accept every quote request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but please understand that availability can vary.

Can you work with customer-supplied materials?

Currently, we work exclusively with materials from our own suppliers to ensure consistent quality and compatibility with our cutting processes. If you have specific material needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What file formats do you accept?

For best results, we prefer vector-based files like .SVG, .EPS, .DXF, or .DWG. If you have another format, reach out to us, and we can discuss conversion options.

How precise are your cuts?

Our laser and waterjet cutting processes achieve a high level of precision, typically within ±0.005 inches for laser cutting and ±0.010 inches for waterjet. Please let us know if your project has specific tolerance requirements.

Do you offer prototypes or sample cuts?

Yes, we can provide prototypes or sample cuts depending on your project needs. Please get in touch to discuss the specifics of your prototype requirements.

Can you work with intricate designs or small parts?

Yes, we can handle intricate designs and small parts. Our laser and waterjet cutting processes are well-suited for detailed cuts. If you have specific concerns about your design, feel free to send it over, and we’ll assess its compatibility.

Do you ship orders?

Yes, we can ship completed orders to your location, anywhere in the US. Shipping costs and options will be discussed during the quoting process. Local pickup is also available if you’re nearby.

Non-US orders will still be considered, so please get in touch!

What kind of finishing options do you offer?

Currently, we offer limited painting and finishing services. If you need a specific finish, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Note that advanced finishing options, like powder coating or anodizing, are not offered in-house, but we do work closely with other local businesses that can help us fulfill your request.

Do you offer rush services?

Rush services may be available depending on our current workload. Additional fees may apply for expedited orders. Please reach out to discuss your timeline, and we’ll do our best to help.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We take client confidentiality seriously. Your designs and project details are handled with care and will not be shared without your permission. If needed, we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before beginning work on your project.
