Service Features

  • Remove rolls for corrugation, replace rolls, adjust for perfect alignment. Total change out time 2 1/2 hours.
  • Bearings stay on rolls, no need to pull bearings even for re-corrugating.
  • The Harsh Denver Roller Mill remains in a fixed position when changing rolls. Absolutely the fastest and easiest roll change of any flaker ever built.

Capacity

  • The Harsh Denver Roller Mill uses a larger diameter roll. With larger rolls, the capacity of the roller mill is increased, due to the mechanical advantage of the better knip angle. Do note, however, that throughput capacity is affected by proper cooking, retention time, moisture content, quality of grain, horsepower of motor, and roll corrugation.
